Join us for an afternoon of elegance and history as the Marine Museum of Manitoba hosts an exclusive wine and cookie pairing event. Set against the backdrop of the museum’s historic ships and maritime artifacts, this event is a perfect blend of culinary delight and cultural enrichment.

The Marine Museum of Manitoba is celebrating its 50th anniversary in style with a delightful and delectable event: the Wine and Cookie Pairing. As part of our $50,000 Endowment Campaign this summer, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of indulgence and generosity. Sip on exquisite wines and savor scrumptious cookies while supporting the museum. Each ticket sold contributes $50 to the Marine Museum of Manitoba Heritage Trust Fund. But wait, there’s more! The museum has pledged to match the total amount raised dollar for dollar. That means every sip and every bite will have double the impact. So mark your calendars, gather your friends, and let’s raise a glass (and a cookie) to preserve our maritime heritage. Together, we’ll sail toward a brighter future for the Marine Museum of Manitoba!

A Taste of History: The Marine Museum of Manitoba, a treasure trove of nautical history, provides the ideal setting for this unique tasting experience. Guests will be invited to step aboard the storied decks where they will be greeted with a selection of fine wines, each thoughtfully paired with gourmet cookies that echo the rich flavors and heritage of the region.

Savor the Pairings:  Flying Pig Patch has teamed up with Andrew Peller Limited to curate a menu that features a variety of wine styles from robust reds to crisp whites, alongside a complementary assortment of cookies ranging from classic to contemporary twists. Attendees will learn about the art of pairing while enjoying the interplay of flavors that each combination presents.
